In last weeks Watch it Weekly Wednesday video we shared a few fun fold card ideas using Designer Series Paper.
We get asked all the time for fun fold card ideas. Pull out that Designer Series Paper you’ve been hiding away and let’s show it off!

Card Fold 1
Cut Cardstock 4 1/4″ x 11″. Score Cardstock at 5 1/2″. Cut rectangle out at 2 1/8″ as shown below.
Cut Designer Series Paper (dsp) at 4″ x 5 1/4″. Cut in half at 1 7/8″
Place 2 1/8″ x 5 1/4″ piece of designer series paper (dsp) as shown below. Turn over your 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″ to use other side of dsp on the front of your card.
Use the 2 1/8″ x 5 1/2″ piece of cardstock you cut off the front of the card and use for your flap. Score cardstock at 4 1/4″. Cut White or Very Vanilla cardstock at 1 7/8 x 5 1/4 and place it in the bottom section on the inside of your card.
Cut a 1 7/8″ x 4″ White or Very Vanilla cardstock for the front flap of the card.
Here is another idea below using this fun fold idea.
Card Fold 2
Cut a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of cardstock. Score at 4 1/4″. Cut at 2 1/8″. Cut Designer Series Paper (dsp) at 4″ x 5 1/4″ and then cut that piece at 1 7/8″.
Score the 2 1/8″ x 5 1/2″ cardstock that you cut off your original card base at 4 1/4″.
Turn over your Designer Series Paper and place the 1 7/8″x 5 1/4 piece on the front panel of the card. Place the 2 1/8″ x 5 1/4″ on the inside of the card as shown below.
Cut a piece of white cardstock for the front flap at 1 7/8″ x 4″
Cut another piece of white cardstock for the inside at 1 7/8″ x 5 1/4″
Here is another card idea using this fun fold.
Card Idea 3
Cut Cardstock 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. Score at 4 1/4″. Cut Designer Series Paper (dsp) at 4″ x 5 1/4″ & another dsp piece at 2 1/2″ x 4″.
Cut white cardstock to 4″x 5″.
Cut out at the 2 3/4″ rectangle as shown below. Cut the white cardstock at 2 1/2″
Place your 4″ x 5 1/4″ Designer Series Paper (dsp) inside your card.
Place your 2 1/2″ x 4″ designer series paper (dsp) piece on the front flap.
Place the cardstock rectangle you cut off your card base 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ on the front flap as shown below. Place your 2 1/2″ x 4″ white cardstock piece on the front.
Place the other 2 1/2″ x 4″ white piece of cardstock to the back side of the front flap as shown below.
